Yuk Fong Chin is North Borneo University College new Vice-Chancellor By Fung Lan Yong Friday, 6 July, 2018 Prof. Fred Yuk Fong Chin has been appointed as the new Vice-Chancellor of North Borneo University College, Malaysia. Pro-Chancellor and President, Prof. Sr. Mohaizi Bin Mohamad said “I am delighted to announce the appointment of Prof. Fred Chin as our new Vice-Chancellor. He has an international reputation of academic excellence and has held major strategic and leadership roles in higher education for past 17 years, most recently at Jesselton College.” Prof. Chin has vast knowledge on accounting, business administration, engineering and law, with solid managerial and teaching experiences covering multiple areas of tertiary education.
